I have used this recipe for years now and am just now leaving a comment. Shame on me. I get elected 4 to 6 times a year to make Mashed potatoes for church and various birthday dinners. I LOVEEEEE being able to adjust the servings and be easily told how much of everything is needed. They come out perfection every time!! Thank you!!
