I have tried a few BBQ brisket recipes in the slow cooker but haven’t found one I’m happy with yet. thanks!

This looks absolutely delicious! Have you tried a crockpot/slow cooker version of the recipe at all? I’d be interested to know if it can be left unattended (without the hourly pan juices step).
